Boys & girls 12–13 with basic javelin experience
Moving beyond transition/turbo and ready for technical refinement + speed
What they’ll develop (this term)
Run-up rhythm & speed: approach markers, efficient crossovers, posture
Impulse step & block leg: timing, bracing, safe force transfer
Release mechanics: spear alignment, arm path, whip & follow-through
Competition skills: routines, fouls vs fair, runway behaviors
Physical capacities: core stiffness, hip–shoulder separation, landing strength
Auxiliary tools: medicine balls, underweight implements

When: Monday, 4:30pm, 13/10/25 - 15/12/25 (10 weeks)
